Makes either team or both way faster in a LAN Match. All players need to have the plugin loaded

Both raises a team's max speed, and also applies an acceleration force to get all cars up to absurd levels. It's super fun to mess around with.

DO NOT USE WHILE TOOFAST IS LOADED
It will cause some odd overlapping and uncomfortable stuttering
