Dropshot Calculateshot
This is more or less a proof of concept. I am by no means qualified to say this is a viable strategy. This mod is only tested to play against bots.
General information:
- This mod is also a compilation of all the information from DropShot Wiki
- The highlighted hexagon that's always active is the balls prediction, AND the ball are colored. RED means the tile WONT be damaged, GREEN means the tile WILL be damaged. It may sound confusing, and your right.
- This mod also predicts what tile the ball will hit.
- Ball down velocity needs to be >250 to be able to damage tiles.
- Car velocity towards ball needs to be >500 to do deal damage the ball.
- Accumulated Absorbed energy is fairly complicated, but its purpose is to stop the player from dealing to much damage to quickly. The ball ignores damage received in a 1 second time frame. More on this with better examples can be found on the DropShot Wiki.
- You can only damage tiles after 0.2 seconds elapsed from the last time you damaged a tile.

Known issues:
- The visualization was set to my preference, so you'll have to deal with that.
- If the mod doesn't activate right away, press
f2
and go to plugin manager and look forDropshotCalculateshot
and enable it. - The hexagons don't clear right away after scoring, they do though.... eventually.
