Rumble Recharge is Rumble with a slight twist. If you don't have a power-up you can't move. No power-up = you get frozen in place until you get a new one.

Only the host needs the plugin installed and enabled in the menu.

Notes

It won't completely stop the cars from moving because of how the API works. But it's as close to stopping as I could make it.

I saw Lethamyrs video where they played it on the honor system. But when I saw that no one had made it I decided to give it a go and make my first plugin based on this.
