A Rocket League plugin that was made to block certain messages or quickchats to avoid people from tilting you and ruining your performance.

A Rocket League plugin that was made to block certain messages or quickchats. (This plugin does not work on any other operating system than Windows, I'm not sure if bakkesmod is even supported on other OS)

How to access the menu

You can access whenever by pressing the F2 button on your keyboard, heading over to Plugins on the top, then click on Quickchat Detoxify.

How does it work

You can add text to be blocked (this blocks messages that contains the text, so if you block the word "hi", the word "high" gets blocked), you can also use the pre-existing list of in game quick chats, such as "What a save!" or "Wow!"

You can quickly enable or disable the feature to block the messages from a simple click of a button that can be accessed any time.

Quickchat Detoxify installation

1. If you recieve a prompt asking to open "Open plugininstaller.exe", click "Open" to install the plugin with BakkesMod

2. A black window will open to tell you the installation status

3. When the black window tells you it's finished, you're ready to start using the plugin!

Quickchat Detoxify installation

  1. Find your BakkesMod installation location
    • This will be found by opening the BakkesMod Injector window and going to the top menu, clicking "File -> Open BakkesMod Folder"
  2. Copy the downloaded ZIP's files to the same locations in the BakkesMod folder.
  3. After copying the files, launch Rocket League and ensure the plugin works by opening the F6 console and typing plugin load [plugin DLL file name]
  4. If the plugin works, in the BakkesMod folder edit the "cfg/plugins.cfg" file with notepad. At the very bottom, add a new line with the content plugin load [plugin DLL file name]
